London/Barcelona - Intec, a global provider of business support systems (BSS) solutions today announced it was been awarded the prestigious ‘Best Innovative Product Award’ for its market-leading Wholesale Business Management Solution (WBMS) from Billing China, China’s leading BSS/OSS media outlet. This is the fourth consecutive year Intec has won an award from Billing China.
The judging panel of senior level officials from local operators, regulators, academics and industry experts in the BSS/OSS, IT and telecommunications market, chose to recognise and honour Intec for its Wholesale Business Management Solution, citing its unique functionality and ability to provide its customers with tangible financial returns, ensuring a faster ROI.

For example Intec’s InterconnecT, a core element of its WBMS offering, identified 8 million additional billed minutes worth over $850,000 for a major South American operator, a 119 per cent increase in interconnect agreements accounting for $540,000 additional traffic value, and new reporting capabilities driving a gap analysis recovering over $7 million additional revenue.
